Shipping & Returns

Most of our orders are ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) and some by USPS. All shipments should arrive within 1-5 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) after it leaves our facility.

Expedited Service - If you need your shipment sooner, try our expedited service. For an additional $10.00, orders received by 1 PM Eastern Time Monday thru Friday will leave that day and should arrive within 1 - 5 working days after the order has been placed. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will leave the following Monday. Expedited shipping is not available on some Items, Please check with Customer Service for complete details. Please note that this is not an upgrade to UPS Air Service, it merely insures that your order will leave on the day you place your order (as long as we receive the order by 12PM Eastern Standard Time).


Air Shipments - we offer both Second Day Air and Next Day Air shipments via United Parcel Service (UPS). We charge actual shipping for all shipments. Please note that shipping charges for air packages are based on size and/or weight. Large bulky items are expensive to ship because of the size of the box they are shipped in. Orders received and Authorized Payment Confirmed before 11AM Eastern Standard Time on Monday through Friday will leave that day. Orders received after 11AM will leave the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will leave the following Monday.

Note: Some items cannot be shipped via air.

Please shipments must include a phone number from the destination the package is to be sent or where you may be reached in case there is a problem with your order.

Note: We will not ship to Post Office Boxes.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO - orders are shipped via Priority Mail. Actual shipping charges apply to these orders. Please allow 1-14 days for delivery.

Canadian and Foreign Orders - We accept orders from anywhere in the world, however due to restrictions we cannot ship some items. All orders those destinations are outside USA will be shipped via UPS Global Express and actual shipping charges apply. All foreign orders must be paid in US funds. Please use our Customer Service Department or send a email to customerservic@Beautiful-Fragrance.com

Shipping is free for orders over $75 when shipping US ground.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Beautiful-Fragrance.com uses UPS to offer the following shipping options:

Ground: Standard Service via UPS/USPS Ground costs $25.00 and will usually arrive in 1-7 business days, excluding holidays.

Express Shipping: Priority Service via USPS Priority or UPS 3 Day Select costs $35.00 and will arrive within 3-4 business days guaranteed when ordered before 1pm ET, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Next Day Air: Rush Service via UPS Next Day Air Saver® will arrive by end of next day when ordered before 1pm ET, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. The cost of UPS Next Day Air Saver delivery is calculated using UPS standard rates based on shipping address. Not available to PO boxes.

APO/FPO Destination Orders via US Postal Service: Please allow 10-14 Days for delivery depending on destination. The cost is $20.00 and is subject to additional charges depending on location.

Shipping Damage: Sign all delivery receipts as SUBJECT TO INSPECTION. Make sure you write "Subject to Inspection" on the delivery receipt and/or bill of lading. Do not sign your name on the delivery receipt and/or bill of lading unless you are 100% certain there is no damage. If you sign for a delivery without marking it "Subject to Inspection", then any shipping damage will be your responsibility.

Inspect your packages IMMEDIATELY. Do not assume the items are undamaged because the box is undamaged. If you receive your product and it appears to be damaged from the outside or if you discover any damage while the driver is there, you should mark such damage on the delivery receipt. The driver must write down next to your signature, that the items are being accepted, but they are damaged. If your item was shipped via UPS, call them at 800-PICK-UPS to report a damaged item. (Give them your tracking number.) Please Email us the details at customerservice@beauty-essential.com

If there is (non-visible, discovered after acceptance of delivery) you must contact us within 48 hours in order for us to be responsible for the damage. If you contact us within 48 hours, we will file a claim with the shipping company and we will follow up with the carrier until resolved. If you do not contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item, we cannot file the shipping claim and will not be responsible. In such a case, we will do our best to help you but you will be responsible for filing the claim with the shipping company yourself. The odds of getting credit from a freight carrier for concealed freight damage are not very good, so we encourage you to inspect your package thoroughly; right away so all problems are avoided. If you accept a package without putting down SUBJECT TO INSPECTION, we will do our best to help you but you will be responsible for filing your own claim. Beautiful-Fragrance.com is not responsible for Damages or products once it has been shipped.

If you follow the above policies by writing "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" on the receipt and by inspecting your items immediately and by reporting damage within 48 hours via email, then we will take responsibility for handling your claim of damages in transit. However, resolving the claim with the carrier may take from 30 to 90 days to resolve. Credit for the damaged item will be issued when the case is resolved with the carrier. We are happy to offer shipping to any U.S. state, as well as Canada.

We do ship internationally (please check our rates). All shipping costs will be prepaid by the buyer. The shipping quote will be offered at the checkout. We ship via UPS ground, 2nd day air and next day delivery (where available). We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

OUT-OFF STOCK ITEMS
Even though we are proud to announce that we keep a great variety of products in stock, occasionally certain items can be placed on back order. You will be notified via email if this occurs. If you do not wish to wait for item availability, you may cancel your order. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay. If we are unable to deliver the item within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunds issued. If only part of your order was cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly (for the cancelled item(s).

Lost Packages: In the event that your package is lost, damaged, or returned to us, we will refund the cost of the basket (less any shipping fees) please review returned procedure, at your request. Items that are returned to us, either for lack of correct shipping address, or recipient refusal can be re-shipped at extra shipping fees. Packages that are forwarded via UPS due to incorrect shipping addresses will incur an additional $15.00 address correction fee per address.

 

Return Procedure

Our Return: Simply contact us and one of our Customer Service Specialist will issue you a Returns Authorization Code that will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently. You must obtain a Returns Authorization Code before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to track and process your return. All products returned to us will be thoroughly checked by our Returns Department and only then will a refund, replacement or exchange be authorized and processed. Returns are usually processed within 7 business days of receipt. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase and no longer than 21 days from the original purchase, allowing 7 days for processing return. Returned baskets must be returned to Beautiful-Fragrance.com in the same manner as they were originally shipped. Shipping charges are non refundable. For returned gift baskets a 20% re stocking fee will be applied.

When returning your basket Beautiful-Fragrance.com will not be responsible for shipping charges unless an error was made on our part. If however, if the gift is returned to Beautiful-Fragrance.com through no fault of our own you will be required to pay the cost of the returned postage an insurance.

To help you return an item, we have developed some easy to follow guidelines:

Faulty or incorrect item received: If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective you will not be responsible for the cost of the return postage as we will provide you with a free post return address. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase. i.e. all item(s), including all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging etc, must be returned within 7 days Authorization code given, otherwise we will not be able to refund you.

Change of heart: Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect, re-salable condition including all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging

You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. gift wrapping, delivery charge and returns postage. The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of obtaining Authorization Code and no refunds or exchanges after 30 day No-hassle period.

Perishable goods: We are unable to accept returns of perishable goods or any item that could be tampered with or alter in anyway do to health and safety reasons.

Returning a gift: We will be happy, to exchange unwanted, faulty or defective products that have been sent as a gift. If you are returning an item but would like to exchange it for something else and you're not sure what, please contact our customer service department with your gift tracking number. We are happy to issue a gift voucher for the value of the item you are returning. If a refund is required however, please note that refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser and must be accompanied with order number, and invoice number.

Returns lost in transit: We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us. You must obtain adequate insurance and that you send the package by either Recorded/Special Delivery, depending on the value of the product/s you are returning (check with the Post Office). Please keep your proof of postage until you have received your replacement or refund.

Please note, in all instances arising out of the return shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other any economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Returns for Custom/Personalized Products

Custom or personalized products are NOT eligible for returns or refunds. If no error has occurred by fault of our store, please contact us for instructions.

1.        Please fill out the Returns and or Exchanges form which was obtain from Customer Service Department and place it in your package with Authorization and original packing slip and invoice.

2.        Wrap the items you are sending back securely in the original box if possible.

3.        Place your Return addressed (below) on your shipping label and place on the shipping box. Note: You will need this information for shipping back to us. If we made the mistake or sent you a defective item we will pay for the return shipping charges. Otherwise, you are required to pay the actual shipping cost of returning and insurance on the item to us.

4.        Simply it off at your local post office. If you prefer to use an alternate carrier, address the package to the address below.
