Not unlike most retail merchants we use real-time credit card or debit authorization. During the checkout process our customer's credit card debit Visa or Master card is charged at the time the order is placed, or unless you specifically request a Delayed Delivery Date. No order will be placed until an Authorization has been received you’re your banking institution for complete payment. Once Authorization has been received you will receive an email from Beautiful-Fragrance confirming payment with a Basket tracking number. All orders are shipped within 48 hours from authorization of payment. Customers placing Delayed Delivery Date orders may, at their discretion, elect to submit their orders or by Contacting our Customer Service Department. All orders submitted to the Customer Service Department which request delayed shipping will be charged to your credit card 48 hours before shipping date requested. Beautiful-Fragrance accepts a variety of credit cards including American Express, Diner's Club, Discover Card, PayPal, MasterCard, and VISA. In addition Beautiful-Fragrance also has available, Bill Me Later to qualifying customers who wish to pay by check, you may contact Customer Service Department about this payment program for Money Order, Certified Check, or electronic check.
Fraudulent orders and credit card fraud: We work with state and federal law enforcement in every instance of credit card fraud. Because we regularly use the US Postal Service, any fraud committed against us will also be prosecuted as mail fraud. Furthermore, we will submit all cases of fraud to a shared corporate database.
During our Credit Card Verification process, if you’re shipping and billing address information do not match what your Credit Card Company has on file, additional time may be required to verify your address as we must speak to the Credit card holder directly. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.
