To access our server and online catalog, visit Lovers Wish. After reviewing your choose and making your selection, just click on the buy button. This will begin your checkout process.  During your checkout, you will be asked a number of questions, i.e. method of Payment, confirmation of total cost.

Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so you must enter a physical address for delivery.

Placing Fax Orders: You may place your order by fax at (813) 990-0235-8. Please make sure to include all necessary information: Full description of item(s), product number, your name, and credit card number, expiration date, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, amount of order and your signature. We will also require photocopies of the credit card used (front and back) and a picture I.D. We will confirm your order within 24 hours.

 Order Confirmation will include the price of your gift basket, plus shipping and handling within the continental United States and any taxes (if applicable). If you need to ship outside the USA, additional fees will apply. Each international shipment is calculated separately, due to variance in costs depending on location being sent to. For all international orders, it is best to call the Customer Service Department, for assistances. Upon completion of the checkout process, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. Upon validation of your payment make you will receive a second email, stating payment has been receive and your order is being processed as per your request. Note: All credit card information is transmitted using the latest security encryption system to protect you. Once the transaction is completed, no credit card information is retained on our server. This online system is 100% secure.

Please Remember: All orders are processed in the order they are received unless the purchaser has requested a future ship date. Most orders will be shipped out the day the order is received or the following business day. However, please allow enough time for us to process the order, taking into account that there may be several orders ahead of yours, of varying sizes. Larger orders will take additional time to process, depends on the quantity and style. If time is an issue, please feel free to call our Customer Service Department, at 1-813-990-0235 to discuss the turn-around time.

Please check your shipping information very carefully this could result in a delay or possible your gift not arriving to its designation. You will be responsible for any charges incurred due to incorrect shipping address, or correction charges to your delivery as a result of you furnishing erroneous information, these charges will be billed to your credit card.

Order Errors or Mistakes: Our store, promises to you, our customers, that we will try to do all that we can to ensure no mistakes are made. We apologize in advance for any errors or omissions to your order and if there are any please contact us so that we can promptly correct our problem.

Fraudulent orders and credit card fraud: We work with state and federal law enforcement in every instance of credit card fraud. Because we regularly use the US Postal Service, any fraud committed against us will also be prosecuted as mail fraud. Furthermore, we will submit all cases of fraud to a shared corporate database.

Taxes: All Florida state residents will be charged 6.00% State Sales and Use Tax, and a 1.00% County’s Discretionary Sales Surtax.

All online order will be given the same excellent service as our regular retail store orders.

Order requirements for fax orders:

  • Your name, company name and ASI number
  • Purchase Order Number, Valid Credit Card, Valid Photo I.D.
  • Enclosure Card Message: Include individual or company name that is sending the gift.
  • Date you require Gift Basket to arrive.
  • Method of shipment Ground, 2-Day Express, 3-Day Express, Overnight if available.
  • Complete address (Please no Post Office Box, APO, FPO or International addresses)
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club and PayPal.   All ASI orders require prepayment before products can be shipped.

Order Changes: Changes to order that have been placed into production will cause a delay in delivery. In order to make the change, the order will be rescheduled for later shipment. The charge for changing an order once it has been placed into production is $25.00 plus any other incurred charges.

Out Of Stock: Even though we are proud to announce that we keep a great variety of products in stock, occasionally certain items can be placed on back order. You will be notified via email if this occurs. If you do not wish to wait for item availability, you may cancel your order. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay. If we are unable to deliver the item within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunds issued. If only part of your order was cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly (for the cancelled item(s).

Substitutions: Substitutions may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.
