How do I request a catalog?

 

Presently we are working on a catalog to offer our customers, but this catalog is not ready for your viewing as yet. As soon as the catalog is completed and ready for distribution, we will send out a notification by email about our surprise arriving in your mail box. Until then please you can use our online catalog.

 

What if I can’t find a product that I want?

Does Lovers Wish send Unsolicited Promotional emails?

 

No! Lovers Wish only sends email offers to customers who have explicitly requested or registered with us. If you would like to request our occasional promotional email offers, notifying you of special deals, and website -only offers; please call, fax or email our Customer Service Department.

 

Do you have Gift cards?

We are looking into providing a Gift Card that maybe use no just in our store but also a number of our partner’s store. We are all very excited about offering this Gift Card to you, but it is not ready for distribution as yet! Although we do offer a Gift Certificate that can only be used in our store. I have a discount coupon you sent me; if I call in a Gift Basket order will I still get this discount?

Yes! You will need the control number, and expiration date on the coupon. All our coupon are date sensitive, please review your expiration date. If you prefer completing your offer online, but have some questions regarding your coupon or order, our customer service representatives will be eager to help. Why do I have to register to purchase Perfume?

Registering with Lovers Wish will allow you to make purchases online. This information is very basic, name, mailing address, valid email address, etc. After making your selection you will be required to answer some additional questions. What is a promotion code / control number on my discount coupon?

A promotion code / control number is a combination of letters and/or numbers that must be entered into your shopping cart during checkout, or given to our Customer Service Specialist over the phone when place an order. This number allows us to track our promotional offers we have made. So many of our incredible offers are date sensitive, this code help the Customer Service Department ensure our preferred customers were notified of the wonderful deal our Marketing Department has put together just for you.

You say: you have a No-Hassle 30 day return policy like so many others, but is it really No-Hassle?

Our return policy is simple.  Within 30 days of receipt, you may return your order along as it is in its original condition (with the box and unused).  Just contact our Customer Service Department for a return authorization request form. We issue a full refund for the price of any item you return, that follow our return procedure and conditions.  We can only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is defective.  Reimbursable shipping costs cannot not exceed our published per item shipping costs.  The 30 day policy may be extended as long as the item is in its original saleable condition.  Defective items will be covered as long as the item is returned in the same condition as it was sold.

How do I purchase a Gift Certificate?

 

Purchasing Gift Certificates is very easy and purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for our Certificate using our stores standard payment method(s) or just contact customer service and they will help you through. Please review our Gift Certificate program.

 

How Do I Redeem the Gift Certificate?

 

If you purchased a Gift Giving Certificate, or received one by email from a loved one, friend, company or college you will find it easy to redeem. When you received your email it contain details of who sent you the Gift Certificate, along with a short message from the person or company the purchased it for you.  The Email also contained the Gift Giving Certificate Number. This number has been register with our company and is use to track the purchase of your certificate. If your number is lost, you will not be unable to redeem your certificate unless proof of purchase can be validated. This number is the only way you will be able to Redeem certificate. So print it out and keep it in a safe place for your reference later. If you have any question, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department and they will be happy to assist you.
